1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for realization of nation-wide actions in the field of education which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for realization of nation-wide actions in the field of education

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the government budget according to the program 2201260 "Nation-wide actions in the field of education" (further - budgetary funds).

2. The main manager of budgetary funds is MON.

Managers of budgetary funds of the lowest level are:

in the directions determined by subitems 1, 2 Items 3 presents of the Procedure - the public scientific institution "Institute of Upgrade of Content of Education";

in the direction determined by the subitem 3 Items 3 presents of the Procedure - public institution "Scientific and methodical center of the higher and professional prehigher education";
