Some questions of activities of the State agency of tourism development

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the State agency of tourism development of Ukraine which are applied.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. To the Ministry of Culture, youth and sport to prepare and introduce in two-month time in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine offers concerning introduction of amendments to the acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine following from this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Items 1 and 2 of this resolution which become effective since April 1, 2020.

Regulations on the State agency of tourism development of Ukraine

1. The state agency of tourism development of Ukraine (Gosturizm) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Cultural Affairs, of youth and sport and realizes state policy in the field of tourism and resorts (except implementation of the state supervision (control) in the field of tourism and resorts).

2. State tourism in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine accepted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation.
