About liquidation of territorial and interregional territorial authority of the State ecological inspection
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Liquidate the State Azov sea ecological inspection and the State ecological inspection of the Crimean and Black Sea district as legal entities of the public law.
2. Determine that the State Azov sea ecological inspection and the State ecological inspection of the Crimean and Black Sea district continue to carry out the powers before transfer of such powers to the relevant territorial authorities of the State ecological inspection.
3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
4. The state ecological inspection to perform in accordance with the established procedure the actions connected with liquidation of the State Azov sea ecological inspection and the State ecological inspection of the Crimean and Black Sea district.

1. In Rules of protection of internal sea waters and the territorial sea from the pollution and contamination approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 29, 1996 No. 269 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, Art. 241; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 14, Art. 741; 2013, No. 82, Art. 3041; 2015, No. 59, Art. 1937; 2019, No. 36, Art. 1260):
1) in the paragraph the second Item 5-1 of the word "Sea Ecological Inspections of State Ecoinspection" shall be replaced with words "Territorial and interregional territorial authorities of State ecoinspection";
"Sea ecological inspections of State ecoinspection" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 28 of the word "territorial and interregional territorial authorities of State ecoinspection".
