About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning activities of the Ministry of digital transformation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except paragraphs of the thirteenth and fourteenth subitem 2 Items of 41 changes approved by this resolution which become effective along with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" of December 6, 2019 No. 361-IX.

Changes which are made to some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 4, 2002 No. 3 "About the Procedure for promulgation on the Internet of information on activities of executive bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 2, Art. 57; 2011, No. 99, Art. 3629; 2019, No. 49, Art. 1665):

1) in Item 3 and the subitem 1 of item 4 of the resolution of the word "The State Agency concerning Electronic Control" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The ministry of digital transformation" in the corresponding case;

3 appendices to the Procedure for promulgation on the Internet of information on activities of executive bodies approved by the specified resolution words by "The state agency concerning electronic control" to replace 2) in Item with the word of Mintsifra.
