About Coordination council on counteraction to distribution of COVID-19

Considering that spread of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of the caused SARS-CoV-2, creates threat of personal, public and state security, causes serious social and economic and demographic consequences, for the purpose of strengthening of protection of the population, immediate implementation of measures for counteraction to distribution of COVID-19 in Ukraine, according to Item I decide 28 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine:

1. Form Coordination council on counteraction to distribution of COVID-19 as advisory advisory body in case of the President of Ukraine whose main objective is monitoring of situation and operating time of offers concerning implementation of the effective actions directed to counteraction to distribution of COVID-19 in Ukraine.

2. Determine that the Coordination council on counteraction to distribution of COVID-19 has the right:

receive in accordance with the established procedure from state bodies and local government bodies, the companies, organizations, the organizations information, documents and materials;

invite to meetings and hear information of representatives of the ministries, others central and local executive bodies, heads of the state companies, organizations and the organizations for the questions which are within its competence.

3. Approve staff of Coordination council on counteraction to distribution of COVID-19 it (is applied).

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
