About modification of the Order of the Government No. 904/2013 about electronic procedures of customs clearance of goods

The government DECIDES:

In the Order of the Government No. 904/2013 about electronic procedures of customs clearance of goods (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 258-261, 1002), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution:

to replace the word "digital" in any grammatical form with the word "electronic" in the corresponding grammatical form;

the words "electronic customs post" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "customs post" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in appendix No. 1:

In this case the customs post of departure specified in electronic customs declarations shall be identical to all goods transported by combined batches in the corresponding vehicle. Customs declarations on the goods transported by combined batches shall be provided no later than 7 calendar days from the date of submission of the first export declaration from set of the customs declarations provided for the corresponding vehicles.";
