For the purpose of realization of part (3) Article 9 of the Customs code No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, special release) and for simplification of the customs procedures connected with export and commodity import, reducings time of customs clearance and the number of the documents necessary for export and import, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

Regulations on the electronic procedure of customs clearance of commodity export, according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on the electronic procedure of customs clearance of commodity import, according to appendix No. 2.

2. From the moment of the publication of this Resolution in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova economic agents are allowed to perform export transactions with use of electronic procedures at Chisinau customs, customs of Ungen - customs post of Skulen-Skulen, Bender's customs - customs post of Tudor-old Cossack, and since March 1, 2014 - on all customs posts.

It is allowed to perform import transactions with use of electronic procedures since September 1, 2014 at Chisinau customs, customs of Ungen – customs post of Skulen-Skulen, Bender's customs – customs post of Tudor-old Cossack, and since March 1, 2015 – on all customs posts.

3. To Customs Service to take the measures necessary for implementation of the electronic procedure of customs clearance of export and commodity import.
