RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

Some questions of ensuring effective functioning of purchasing system of medicines, medical products, supportive applications and other goods of medical appointment

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that requirements of Item 9 of the Procedure for creation, considerations, the approval and the main requirements to accomplishment of estimates of budgetary institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2002 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 9, Art. 414), concerning criteria of determination of the receiver of budgetary funds are not applied in case of determination of the receiver of the budgetary funds provided for accomplishment of programs and implementation of centralized actions for health protection.

3. To the Ministry of Health in two-month time to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
