1. Approve criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of road transport is estimated and frequency of holding planned actions of the state supervision (control) by Public service for safety on transport which are applied is determined.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

1. Criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of road transport is estimated are:

type (category) of the wheel vehicle as policy tools of economic activity of the subject of managing within the last year preceding planning period;

type of bus route by which the subject of managing transported passengers within the last year preceding planning period;

the number of violations of requirements of traffic regulations for the high-speed mode, technical condition and the driver's condition which are revealed within two calendar years preceding planning period;
