About modification of the National standards on internal control in the public sector approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 189/2015

1. The national standards on internal control in the public sector approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 189/2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 332-339, 2391), to change as follows:

In all text abbreviation of "FMK" to replace 1) with abbreviation of "VUK"

The subitem 1) to state 2) in the following edition:

"1) internal managerial supervision is the system organized by manager of the public subject and its personnel for the purpose of ensuring proper management, covering set the politician, procedures, internal regulations, processes and deyatelnost performed within the public subject for risk management and provision of reasonable guarantees for achievement of tasks and the planned results."

3) in the subitem 2):

b) "financial management and control (further – FMK)" to replace the text with the text "internal managerial supervision (further - VUK)".
