About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 13, 2000 No. 1822 and of July 25, 2007 No. 953

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 13, 2000 No. 1822 "About measures for ensuring accomplishment of the international obligations of Ukraine in connection with its accession to the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 50, Art. 2163; 2011, No. 93, the Art. 3374) and of July 25, 2007 No. 953 "About approval of the Procedure for issue of import permits and export of samples of types of wild fauna and flora, certificates on traveling exhibitions, re-export and introduction from the sea of the specified samples which are subjects to regulation of the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance, regarding sturgeon fishes and products made from them" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 55, of Art. 2211; 2011, No. 93, Art. 3374; 2016, No. 4, the Art. 239) changes which are applied.
