About modification of Licensed conditions of implementation of educational activities

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of educational activities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2015 No. 1187 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 7, Art. 345; 2018, No. 42, the Art. 1482), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to Licensed conditions of implementation of educational activities

1.  To state the subitem 9 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"9) the place of implementation of educational activities - object (the room, the building, the parcel of land and/or the territory, and/or their set) located at certain address within which educational activities for the corresponding specialty (profession) or group of the related professions carried to one class (subclass, group) of classification group of the National qualifier of professions of group of companies 003:2010 at the certain level (levels) of the higher professional prehigher or professional (professional) education (except venues of practical preparation are performed, including during dual training) and in the field of post-qualifying education (except advanced training of the worker in the place of its work), complete cycle of educational process at the certain level (levels) of complete general secondary education, activities at the level of preschool education (except implementation of educational activities for the residence of the child);".
