About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and recognition No. 1545 which voided resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2000

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2000 No. 1545 "About approval of the Concept of early social resettlement of handicapped children" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 42, the Art. 1785).

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the text of the Procedure for reference of citizens from among those which took part in liquidation of other nuclear accidents in nuclear testing, in military exercises using nuclear weapon, assembly of nuclear charges and carrying out on them scheduled works or suffered under other circumstances from radiation exposure not on own fault, to the corresponding categories of persons which suffered owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 2, 1992 No. 674 (ZP of Ukraine, 1992, No. 12, of Art. 292; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 8, Art. 242; 2018, No. 58, of the Art. 2021), the word "disabled person" in all cases and forms of number shall be replaced with words "person with disability" in the corresponding case and number.

2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 16, 1994 No. 94 "About procedure for provision of the privileges provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 6, the Art. 147):

1) in item 4:

word in paragraph one to "Disabled veterans" shall be replaced with words to "Persons with disability owing to war";

in the second offer of paragraph two of the word "Disabled veterans" shall be replaced with words "Faces with disability owing to war";

The name of the Section II of appendix to the resolution to state 2) in the following edition:

"II. Persons with disability owing to war".

3. In the name of Item 6 of the Section VII of appendix to the Procedure for provision of annual main leave lasting up to 56 calendar days to leading employees of educational institutions and organizations of education, teaching (pedagogical) departments (divisions) of other organizations and institutions, pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers and scientists approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 1997 No. 346 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 16, Art. 73; 2001, No. 13, Art. 550; 2005, No. 48, the Art. 3013) to replace words of "disabled people" and "handicapped children" respectively with words of "persons with disability" and "children with disability".

4. In the list of positions of pedagogical and scientific and pedagogical workers approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 14, 2000 No. 963 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 24, Art. 1015; 2005, No. 48, the Art. 3013), in the Section "Positions of Pedagogical Workers":

In paragraph one of the word of "disabled people" and "handicapped children" to replace 1) respectively with words of "persons with disability" and "children with disability";

In paragraph three the word "handicapped children" shall be replaced with words 2) "children with disability".

5. In item 4 of notes to the list of medical psychiatric contraindications concerning accomplishment of separate types of activity (works, professions, service) which can constitute direct danger to person performing these activities or people around, to No. 1465 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2000 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 39, Art. 1656; 2012, No. 77, of the Art. 3114), the word "Disabled people" shall be replaced with words "Faces with disability".

6. In paragraph three of Item 3 of the Procedure for the carrying out compensation to citizens of loss of part of cash incomes in connection with violation of terms of their payment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 21, 2001 No. 159 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 8, the Art. 322), words "to disabled people since the childhood and to handicapped children" and "benefit to the child who was born the disabled person" to replace respectively with words "to persons with disability since the childhood and to children with disability" and "insurance payments to the child who was born with disability".

In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2002 No. 324 "About approval of natural standard daily rates of food in residential care facilities, educational and sanatorium institutions of the sphere of management of the Ministry of social policy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 12, the Art. 592):

1) in Item 1:

in the paragraph the second to replace the word of "disabled people" with the word of "persons with disability";

word in paragraph three of "handicapped children with shortcomings of physical and intellectual development" shall be replaced with words "children with disability with physical, mental, intellectual or touch violations";

2) in the name of natural standard daily rates of food in residential care facilities for citizens of advanced age and disabled people, the higher educational institutions I-II of level of accreditation of the sphere of management of Minsotspolitiki approved by the specified resolution the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability";

3) in the name of natural standard daily rates of food in children's houses nursing homes I-IV of profile, technical training colleges for the handicapped children with shortcomings of physical and intellectual development of the sphere of management of Minsotspolitiki approved by the specified resolution of the word of "handicapped children with shortcomings of physical and intellectual development" shall be replaced with words "children with disability with physical, mental, intellectual or touch violations".
