About amendment of the Order of the director of Service of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova No. 69/2016
For the purpose of updating of technical requirements in scope of the strengthened qualified digital signatures according to international standards and based on the item d) h (1) Art. 36 of the Law No. 91/2014 on the digital signature and the electronic document (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, 397) I ORDER to Art. No. 174-177,:
1. Item 35 of the Technical regulations in the field of the strengthened qualified digital signature approved by the Order of the director of Service of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova No. 69/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 215-216 of 19:07. 2016, the Art. 1201) to add with the subitem 3) of the following content:
"3) SM ETSI TS 101 733 V2.2.1:2015 Digital signatures and infrastructures (ESI). The strengthened digital signatures of CMS (CAdES)".
2. I reserve control over execution of this order.
3. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
