2. Bring in the Regulations on conditions and procedure for application of single system of tariff preferences of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of April 6, 2016 No. 47, the following changes:

b) add Item 9 with the paragraph of the following content:
