About approval of the Regulations on conditions and procedure for application of single system of tariff preferences of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to article 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 10 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on conditions and procedure for application of single system of tariff preferences of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 90 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
According to Item 2 of the Section II of appendix № 33 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 from the effective date this Decision is terminated by the Protocol on single system of tariff preferences of the Customs union of December 12, 2008.
