1. In the Order of the Government No. 1016/2016 about approval of the Regulations on appointment on competitive basis of heads of public medical and sanitary organizations and the Standard agreement of management of organization (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 293-305, 1101), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

a) in appendix No. 1:

Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. The regulations on appointment on competitive basis of heads of public medical and sanitary organizations (further – the Provision) are developed based on provisions of the Law No. 411/1995 on health protection (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, of the Art. 373), with subsequent changes, the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107/2002 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 82-86, 661), with subsequent changes, the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 159-162, 648), with subsequent changes, the Law No. 82/2017 on integrity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art.
