About modification of the Procedure for provision of privileges to young specialists with the medical and pharmaceutical education employed in the rural zone approved by the Order of the Government No. 1345/2007

For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Law No. 169/2019 on introduction of amendments to article 11 of the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 367-377, 258), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Procedure for provision of privileges to young specialists with the medical and pharmaceutical education employed in the rural zone approved by the Order of the Government No. 1345/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 188-191, 1386), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 3:

a) state the concept "young specialist" of the following edition:

"the young specialist – the graduate of system of post-university education through residency and medical and pharmaceutical postaverage and postsecondary not tertiary vocational training for the first three years of work employed directly after the termination on distribution of the Ministry of Health, work and social protection (further – the Ministry), or person which is independently performing profession of the doctor in one of the forms of the organization of professional activity provided by the Law No. 411/1995 on health protection";

b) in the concept "privileges" the subitem b) to state in the following edition:

"b) the lump-sum allowance in the amount of 120 thousand lei for doctors and druggists and 96 thousand lei for medical and pharmaceutical personnel with professional education paid three equal by installments respectively on 40 thousand lei and on 32 thousand lei after the first month of work and in the subsequent ambassador of every year of work";
