About approval of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic forum and about modification of the Inventory, the works, services placed by the Eurasian economic commission with the single supplier

According to the subitem 21 of Item 2 of article 12 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 29 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the specified Agreement), for the purpose of realization of Item 5 of the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of October 1, 2019 the No. 16 Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission DECIDED:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Eurasian economic forum.

2. The inventory, the works, services placed by the Eurasian economic commission with the single supplier 69, to add No. approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of August 24, 2012 with Item 7 of the following content:

"7. Organization and holding the Eurasian economic forum.".

3. If necessary to submit boards of the Eurasian economic commission following the results of holding the Eurasian economic forum in the Republic of Belarus in 2020 for review by Council of the Eurasian economic commission of the offer on modification of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic forum approved by this Decision including regarding the amount of financing by budget funds of the Eurasian Economic Union.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
