Based on Art. 7 of the h. (2), Art. 99 of the h. (5) the Law No. 108/2016 on natural gas (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 193-203, the Art. 415) the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve Methodology of calculation, approvals and applications of regulated rates for service in transfer of natural gas it (is applied).
2. Recognize invalid provisions of the Methodology of calculation and application of regulated rates and natural gas prices approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 678 of August 22, 2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 345-351, the Art. 1603), in the part relating to calculation and application of regulated rates for activities for transfer of natural gas.
