For the purpose of reliable providing consumers with natural gas on the regulated rates calculated proceeding from necessary and reasonable costs for acquisition on import, transfers, distributions and supply of natural gas to consumers, creations of equal conditions for activities to all participants of the natural gas market by establishment of single calculation procedure and application of regulated rates according to Articles 7, 8 and 53 Natural Gas Acts No. 123 - XVIII of December 23, 2009. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 23-24, of the Art. 31), the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve Methodology of calculation and application of regulated rates and natural gas prices which will be valid within five years it (is applied).
2. Recognize invalid the Methodology of calculation, approval and application of rates for natural gas approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 352 of 1.10.2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 13.11. 2009, No. 163-164/737), the registered Ministry of Justice on November 5, 2009 at number 716.
3. To impose control over observance of this Resolution on department of rates and economic analyses of the National agency on regulation in power.
