Based on Art. 7 of h (2) the item a), Art. 99 of h (2) the Law No. 108/2016 on natural gas (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 193-203, 415) DECIDES: Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power
1. Approve Methodology of calculation, approval and application of regulated rates for service in distribution of natural gas, according to appendix.
2. Recognize invalid provisions of the Methodology of calculation and application of regulated rates and natural gas prices approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 678 of August 22, 2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 345-351, the Art. 1603), in the part relating to calculation, approval and application of regulated rates for service in distribution of natural gas.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
