Based on Item and) parts (2) Articles 7, parts (5-1) Articles 99 and parts (2) Article 99-3 of the Natural Gas Act No. 108/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 193-203, 415) the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Make the following changes to Methodology of calculation, approval and application of regulated rates for the service in distribution of natural gas approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power (NARE) No. 443/2020 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, the Art. No. 332-342, 1312) registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1606 of December 2, 2020:
1) In Item 2
subitem 2)
add with the text", for each of ORS;";
add with subitem 6-1) in the following edition:
"6-1) procedure for determination of the regulated income of each of ORS;";
add with the subitem 9) in the following edition:
"9) in connection with use of the mechanism of single tariff for distribution of natural gas:
procedure of payments and applications of single tariffs for distribution depending on pressure level in networks of natural gas to which installations of natural gas of final consumers are connected;
the mechanism of determination of the leveling compensating payments;
frequency of implementation of the leveling compensating payments from operators or to operators of distributive systems;
the mechanism of recovery of any tariff deficit registered owing to delay in payment or nonpayments of the leveling compensating payments by operators of distributive systems".
