About temporary closure of automobile check points on certain sites of Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to the subitem 7) of article 55 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 16, 2013 "About Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan", and also in connection with deterioration in sanitary and epidemiologic situation in the world with distribution of COVID-19 the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. To temporarily close automobile check points on certain sites of Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan before improvement of sanitary and epidemiologic situation according to appendix to this resolution.
1-1. No. 417 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 01.07.2020
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the established procedure to notify through diplomatic channels the adjacent states on the introduced restrictions.
3. This resolution becomes effective after the notification of the adjacent states.
