About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on quality in construction No. 721/1996 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 25, of the Art. 259), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Add Article 6 with the following paragraph:
"G – rational use of natural resources.".
2. Part (Article 7 to state 5) in the following edition:

4. Recognize Article 7-1 invalid.
5. Part (Article 13 to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) Check and examination of projects on observance of the regulating documents concerning the main requirements are performed certified checking projects on its own behalf.".
St. II. – In the Law on fundamentals of town planning and arrangement of the territory No. 835/1996 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, Art. No. 1-2, 2), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 5 to state 3) in the following edition:
"(3) Direct management of town-planning activities in settlements is performed by bodies of local public authority according to documentation on town planning and arrangement of the territory.".
2. Add Article 13 with part (5) the following content:
"(5) the Component of the master town-planning plan are the local town-planning regulations.".
