About some questions of export of separate goods from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 2) of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 16, 2020 to No. 287 "About further stabilization efforts", Procedure for import and commodity exportation, necessary for uninterrupted life support of the population and economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the approved order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2020 No. 146, I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the Inventory which export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is prohibited, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the Inventory concerning which export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan quantitative restrictions (quotas), according to appendix 2 to this order are introduced;

3) Rules of calculation and distribution of quantitative restrictions (quotas) (further - Rules), according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to suspend issue of import permits of goods, veterinary and phytosanitary certificates on the goods specified in appendix 1 to this order;
