According to Item 11 parts three of Article 7, to item 4 of part one of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine", to the paragraph to the second item 4 of the Section II of Final provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the procedure of carrying out financial restructuring" the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine DECIDED:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for giving and consideration of the applications on preliminary receipt of permission of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to concentration of subjects of managing approved by the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of February 19, 2002 No. 33-r registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2002 for No. 284/6572 (in edition of the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of June 21, 2016 No. 14-rp) which are applied.

2. Provide to legal department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
