According to Item 3 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of October 2, 2019 to No. 140-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring efficiency of the institutional mechanism of prevention of corruption", to Item 8-1 of part one of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About political parties in Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of the Provision about the analysis of the Report of political party on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature in compliance with the existing regulatory legal acts I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on the analysis of the Report of political party on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature approved by the decision of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of September 8, 2016 No. 26, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 19, 2016 for No. 1264/29394, which are applied.
2. To department concerning prevention of political corruption in accordance with the established procedure this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. I reserve control of execution of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
