On regulation of import of finished pharmaceutical products and products of medical appointment
According to article 211 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and for the purpose of further development of pharmaceutical industry of the republic and saturation of the domestic market by domestic medicines and products of medical appointment the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve and enact since April 1, 2011 the List of medicines and products of medical appointment when which importing the privilege on the value added tax does not extend, stipulated in Item the 6th article 211 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the List), according to appendix No. 1.
2. Form the working group on consideration of offers on modification and amendments in the List of medicines and products of medical appointment when which importing the privilege on the value added tax, stipulated in Item the 6th article 211 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in structure according to appendix No. 2* does not extend.
