"3. In these rules the following concepts are applied:

3) the supplier - the producer of the liquefied oil gas or the owner of the liquefied oil gas made in the course of conversion belonging to him on the property right or other legal causes of hydrocarbonic raw material to whom the Law assigns obligation of delivery and realization of the liquefied oil gas to the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the delivery plan;

4) the request - the appeal to local executive body of area, city of republican value, the capital in form according to appendix 2 to these rules which provide:

gas-network organizations;

the industrial consumers using the liquefied oil gas as raw materials for production of petrochemical products;

bidders of the liquefied oil gas;
