About approval of Rules of forming of the delivery plan of the liquefied oil gas on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 18) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About gas and gas supply", the subitem 3) of Item 1 and Item 2 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About homeland security in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming of the delivery plan of the liquefied oil gas on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to development department of the gas industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication of this order in mass media and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
