About approval of Rules of carrying out the analysis of phytosanitary risk

According to subitem 7-2) of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 11, 1999 "About quarantine of plants" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out the analysis of phytosanitary risk.

2. To provide to department of veterinary, phytosanitary and food safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of carrying out the analysis of phytosanitary risk (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 7-2) of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 11, 1999 "About quarantine of plants" and determine procedure for carrying out the analysis of phytosanitary risk.
