1. Approve measures for risk minimization in activities of commercial banks, non-bank financial credit institutions and other legal entities, persons under surveillance to National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, in case of threat of mass infection of the population in the conditions of emergency situation in connection with epidemic of infectious diseases and methods of implementation of complex of the actions applied to, in time and/or after emergence of threat of mass infection of personnel for ensuring functioning of critical business processes of banks of non-bank financial credit institutions and other legal entities, persons under surveillance to National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and providing their realization (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is effective before adoption of the relevant decision of Board of National Bank.

3. To legal management:

- publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
