Article 1

Article 57.7 of the Federal Law of March 28, 1998 No. 53-FZ "About conscription and military service" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 13, Art. 1475; No. 53, the Art. 7613) to add 2012, with item 4 of the following content:
