Some questions of optimization of system of the central executive bodies
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Cancel the decision on reorganization of the Ministry of questions of temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons by accession to the Ministry of cases of veterans, temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons.
2. Rename:
The ministry of cases of veterans, temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons of Ukraine on the Ministry of cases of veterans of Ukraine;
The ministry of questions of temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons of Ukraine on the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
3. Determine that:
The ministry of cases of veterans provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of social protection of veterans of war, persons who have special merits before the Homeland, injured participants of Revolution of Advantage, members of families of veterans of war, persons who have special merits before the Homeland, injured participants of Revolution of Advantage, and also social protection of persons on whom operation of the Law of Ukraine "On the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" expatiates;
The ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories provides forming and realizes state policy concerning temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol;
ensuring activities of the Ministry of cases of veterans and the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories in 2020 is performed in the expense limits provided on ensuring activities of the Ministry of cases of veterans, temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons.
4. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
