About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2019 No. 395

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2019 No. 395 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About public procurements of goods (works, services)" the following changes:

1.1. to add subitem 1.8 of Item 1 with paragraphs of the following content:

"the changes in price of the agreement if change in value acquired (used in case of performance of works, rendering services) goods according to appendix 1-1, and also raw materials, materials, the component parts used in case of production of such goods could not be provided when holding procedure of public procurement. The amount of the change in price of the agreement shall be confirmed with the corresponding calculation of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor);

changes of completion date of obligations by the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) in connection with impossibility of their execution owing to emergence of force majeure circumstances.";

1.2. add the resolution with appendix 1-1 it (is applied);

1.3. to exclude from Item 1 of appendix 8 to this resolution of the word "and the coupon to it".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

The paragraph two of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution is effective till July 1, 2020.
