About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Recognize invalid Item 3 (in the part concerning amendment of the subitem "d" of Item 6 of Rules of the direction of funds (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital for improvement of housing conditions) and the subitem "b" of Item of 9 changes which are made to Rules of the direction of funds (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital for improvement of the housing conditions approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 27, 2010 No. 937 "About modification of Rules of the direction of funds (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital for improvement of housing conditions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 49, the Art. 6516).

3. Determine that paragraphs two, the fourth and fifth the subitem "n" of Item 1, paragraph two of the subitem "an" and the subitem "b" of Item 2, and also subitems "an" and "v" of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution become effective since January 1, 2021.
