About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning features of appointment of heads of the state and utility cultural institutions in temporarily occupied territories

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the museums and museum case" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 25, Art. 191 with subsequent changes):

Article 26 to add 1) with part eight of such content:

"Features of position assignment of heads of the state and utility museums in temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol are determined by part two of article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About culture";

Article 29 to add 2) with part four of such content:

"The central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in spheres of culture and arts from the list of the museums approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to part three of article 15-2 of this Law determines the museum to which museum objects, museum collections and museum meetings which are state-owned property and belong to the state part of Museum fund of Ukraine, are transferred to permanent or temporary storage according to the procedure, the provided Regulations on Museum fund of Ukraine".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About local self-government in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, Art. 170; 2000, No. 46, Art. 393):

Paragraph two of the Item of Article 29 to state 1) in the following edition:

"approval in accordance with the established procedure candidates for position assignment of heads of the companies, organizations and organizations located in the corresponding territory, which are in state-owned property except the cases provided by part two of article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About culture";
