About temporary measures for stabilization of situation in the consumer market
For the purpose of non-admission of increase in prices and providing the consumer market with goods the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. To the Ministry of Architecture, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of forestry, Industry ministry, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry, concern Belarusian production trade forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry, the Belarusian state concern of the food industry Belgospishcheprom, the Belarusian state concern on the oil and chemistry, other republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom not to allow growth of selling prices (rates) for goods (services) made (rendered) by subordinates (which are part, system) the organizations above percent 0,5 monthly and to provide deliveries of the made products to retail retail chain stores under requirement of the domestic market.
Price increase (rates) is higher than the limit set in part one of this Item it is allowed only in coordination with the Commission on questions of state regulation of pricing under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Commission).

2. To the legal entities of all patterns of ownership and individual entrepreneurs performing production (import) and (or) sales of goods on the domestic market or rendering services not to allow price increase (rates) above percent 0,5 monthly.
