About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2013 No. 569
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for providing with temporary disability benefits and on pregnancy and childbirth, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2013 No. 569, the following changes:
in subitem 2.1 of Item 2:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"disabilities in connection with disease or injury in life (further - injury), holding sanitary and anti-epidemic actions;";
to exclude the paragraph of the seventh;
in Item 9:
in subitem 9.4 "quarantine" shall be replaced with words the word "holding sanitary and anti-epidemic actions";
from subitem 9.7 the word", the seventh" to exclude;
in Item 15 "quarantine" shall be replaced with words the word "holding sanitary and anti-epidemic actions".
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2020 No. 184 "About temporary measures for stabilization of situation in the consumer market".
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
