Bring in the Procedure for state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their encumbrances approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2015 No. 1127 "About state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their encumbrances" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 2, the Art. 108, No. 68, the Art. 2301), change which is applied.

"61. For state registration of the property right based on the agreement of mortgage containing the warning of satisfaction of requirements of the mortgage holder by acquisition of property right regarding mortgage are also represented:
1) the copy of the written requirement about elimination of violation of primary obligation and/or conditions of the mortgage agreement sent by the mortgage holder to ipotekodatel and the debtor certified by the mortgage holder if it is other than ipotekodatel;
2) the copy of the assurance of receipt of the registered mail or the mailing certified by the mortgage holder with the announced value which send the requirement specified in the subitem of 1 this Item with mark about delivery to the addressee, or
the copy of the registered mail or the mailing certified by the mortgage holder with the announced value to which the requirement specified in the subitem of 1 this Item with mark about refusal of the addressee of receipt of such departure is sent, or
