Some questions of functioning of territorial authorities of the National agency concerning public service

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Liquidate as legal entities of the public law territorial authorities of the National agency concerning public service according to the list according to appendix 1.

2. Agree with the offer of the National agency on public service concerning formation of territorial authorities as structural divisions of the office of the National agency concerning public service according to the list according to appendix 2.

3. Determine that:

implementation of the actions connected with liquidation of territorial authorities of the National agency concerning public service according to Item 1 of this resolution and formation of its territorial authorities according to Item 2 of this resolution is assigned to the specified Agency;

legal successor of property, the rights and obligations of the territorial authorities of the National agency concerning public service liquidated according to Item 1 of this resolution is the specified Agency.

4. Bring in appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, Art. 814; 2015, No. 86, Art. 2882; 2019, No. 50, the Art. 1696) changes which are applied.
