About approval of the Certificate confirming implementation or lack of business activity for the last six months, preceding month of issue of the permit

Based on litas. e) Item 21 of the Regulations on conditions, procedure for the providing, accounting and distribution of the sanatorium permits provided to veterans, approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 190 of March 17 2010, and also according to part (10) article 1323 of the Tax Code I ORDER:

1. Approve the form of the Certificate confirming implementation or lack of business activity for the last six months, preceding month of issue of the permit, according to appendix No. 1 to this order.

2. Approve the form of the Register of the certificates confirming implementation or lack of business activity for the last six months, preceding month of issue of the permit according to appendix No. 2 to this order.

3. For receipt of the Certificate confirming implementation or lack of business activity for the last six months, preceding month of issue of the permit, the taxpayer should address to structural division of the State Tax Administration in the place of servicing.

4. Declare invalid the Order GNS No. 502 of September 27, 2018. "About approval of the standard form of the Certificate confirming implementation or lack of business activity including activities on the basis of the patent".

5. This order is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective from the date of publication.
