About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 31, 2018 No. 937

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 31, 2018 No. 937 "About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation by the appointed conformity assessment bodies and acknowledged independent organizations of economic activity on assessments of conformity to requirements of technical regulations is estimated and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) of development of economy by the Ministry, trade and agricultural industry is determined" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 90, Art. 2971; 2019, No. 90, the Art. 3000) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the paragraph of the fourth subitem 2 Items of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective on July 3, 2020.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 31, 2018 No. 937

1. In Item 1 of the resolution of the word "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry".

2. In the criteria approved by the specified resolution:

"Ministry of Economic Development and Trade" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name of criteria of the word "The ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry";
