About approval of the Regulations on state registration of feed additives

According to part three of Article 17 and part of the twenty first article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About safety and hygiene of forages" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on state registration of feed additives which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the paragraph third the deciding part of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 21, 2007 No. 1349 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 89, the Art. 3273).

Regulations on state registration of feed additives

General questions

1. This Provision determines procedure for state registration of feed additive, preparation and form of the expert opinion (express conclusion) with the recommendation about such registration or its refusal, the simplified procedure for state registration, re-registration of feed additives, form and procedure for maintaining the State register of feed additives, limiting amounts of import (transfer) of the feed additives which are not included in the State register of feed additives.

2. In this Provision terms are used in such value:

maintaining the State register of feed additives - complex of the actions performed by Gosprodpotrebsluzhboy and directed to creation of the electronic database which contains data on feed additives, and also development of the software for its maintaining, provision of access to this information and administrations of such database;
