According to Item 5 of Article 105 and Item 3 of Article 260 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Procedure for filling of the passenger customs declaration for express loads approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 16, 2018 No. 158, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, except for paragraphs two and the third Item 2, of paragraphs two and the third Item of 3 changes provided by appendix to this Decision which become effective since October 1, 2020.
