Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 26, 2002 No. 1983 "About approval of the Procedure for forming of quota of immigration, the Procedure for production according to statements for provision of permission to immigration and ideas of its cancellation and accomplishment of the made decisions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 52, Art. 2400; 2012, No. 3, Art. 91, No. 24, Art. 912; 2013, No. 19, Art. 652; 2017, No. 33, Art. 1047):

1) in Item 2 of the Procedure for the forming of quota of immigration approved by the specified resolution:

in the paragraph the second to replace the word of Ministry of culture with the word "MKMS";

the third and fourth to state paragraphs in the following edition:

"Minsotspolitiki - concerning persons who continuously lived in the territory of Ukraine within three years from the date of establishment of the status of person by him which suffered from human trafficking;

Ministry of Economics - concerning persons who performed foreign investment in economy of Ukraine a minimum of 100 (hundred) thousand. US dollars, highly qualified specialists and workers, sharp requirement for whom is notable for economy of Ukraine;";
