In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 24, 2020 unitary enterprise No. 55 "About introduction of emergency state in the territory of Bishkek of the Kyrgyz Republic", for the purpose of coordination of actions of state bodies for fight against spread of koronavirusny infection in the territory of Bishkek, and also to providing measures for food security of the population of the capital,

I ORDER:

1. For the purpose of tracking of food security in the territory of Bishkek to oblige:

- Daily at 10-00 and 18-00 hours to provide to UGSBEP on Bishkek the information on inventories on 12 main types of food (according to appendix) and fuel and lubricants, and also the facts of suppression of unreasonable and speculative overestimate of the prices on specified in the table of goods;

- district municipalities of the City hall Bishkek daily at 10-00 and 18-00 hours to provide the information (according to appendix) about situation on trade and market complexes and in shopping centers of the capital (price data on 12 main types of food, data on percentage value increase, data on their inventories and deficit, and also on the speculation facts).

2. For the purpose of acceptance of timely measures on identification, inspection and isolation of the infected persons, in the shortest possible time to resolve issue of involvement of TsGSEN laboratories Bishkek, veterinary laboratories under the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the KR, and also private laboratories (Bonetsky, Yurf, Akwa, etc.) for carrying out express-analyses of the population of the capital.

3. For operational identification and establishment of the infected citizens and their contacts in the territory of Bishkek, based on the City hall Bishkek to create operational staff from among representatives:
