1. Approve the enclosed Provisional rules of registration of citizens for the purpose of search of suitable work and as the unemployed, and also implementation of social payments to the citizens recognized in accordance with the established procedure as the unemployed.

2. Recommend to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation to make decisions on possibility of remote working hours of public institutions of employment service of the population or personal reception of citizens of employment service of the population by public institutions and on the organization of remote operating mode or personal reception of citizens of population employment service by public institutions proceeding from sanitary and epidemiologic situation in the subject of the Russian Federation in connection with threat of spread of new koronavirusny infection.
