About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather financial support of physical and sports training of the studying youth

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 2020 No. 126

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In paragraph three of Item 1 of the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of programs (projects, actions) developed by institutes of civil society for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 12, 2011 is provided to No. 1049 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 79, Art. 2917; 2016, No. 23, Art. 919; 2017, No. 26, Art. 738; 2018, No. 25, Art. 899, No. 31, Art. 1091, No. 46, Art. 1610; 2019, No. 23, the Art. 818, No. 26, the Art. 918), words and figures "in 2018 and 2019" shall be replaced with words also in figures "in 2018-2020, "Ukrainian Federation of School Sport" public organization in 2020".

2. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for physical and sports training of student's and student's youth approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 27, 2013 No. 866 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 95, Art. 3530; 2017, No. 59, Art. 1797; 2018, No. 31, Art. 1091; 2019, No. 23, Art. 818):

 The paragraph third Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Receivers of budgetary funds on accomplishment of subitems 7 and 8 of Item 3 presents of the Procedure are All-Ukrainian public organization "Sports Student's Union of Ukraine" (further - the Union) and "Ukrainian Federation of School Sport" public organization (further - Federation).";

2) in Item 3:

to add subitem 1 after the words "including" with words of "the equipment and objects";

in subitem 7 of the word and figures "financial support in 2018 and 2019" shall be replaced with words also in figures "financial support in 2018-2020";

add Item with the subitem 8 of the following content:

"8) financial support in 2020 of Federation on accomplishment of sports and improving and sporting events by it among pupils (except the directions determined by the subitem 5 of Item 3 presents of the Procedure).";

 In paragraph four of item 4 of the word and figures of "The union for 2018 and 2019" shall be replaced with words 3) also in figures of "The union for 2018-2020 and Federations for 2020", and "her head" shall be replaced with words words "their heads";

4) in paragraph one of Item 4-1 of the word and figures "resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, of the Art. 916)" shall be replaced with words also in figures "the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 4, 2019 No. 1070 "Some questions of implementation by managers (receivers) of budgetary funds of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 2, of the Art. 64)".

3. Appendix 3 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 29, 2015 No. 596 "About approval of lists of organizations of physical culture and sport of All-Ukrainian level which are financed from the government budget, bases of the Olympic, Paralympic and deflimpiysky preparation and All-Ukrainian public organizations of the sports direction, subjects of Paralympic movement which get financial support from the government budget" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 67, of Art. 2209; 2018, No. 31, Art. 1091; 2019, 14, the Art. 507) to add No. with the following line item:

""Ukrainian federation of school sport" public organization, Kiev".

4. In the State target social development program of physical culture and sport for the period till 2020 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2017 No. 115 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 22, Art. 621; 2018, No. 31, Art. 1091; 2019, No. 23, Art. 818):

 The second the Section "Amounts and Sources of Financing" of figure "25324832,6" and "8806282,1" to replace 1) in the paragraph respectively with figures of "25344029,7" and "8825479,2";

2) in appendices to the Program:
